Delivery and Returns
Our last order shipped on October 15th 2019.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to process and dispatch your items within three working days. You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. Please check your junk mail folder if you don't receive it.
In Australia, most parcels arrive within 2 weeks from the dispatch date.
In the rest of the world (excluding New Zealand), most parcels are delivered within 3 weeks following dispatch.
All orders are dispatched internationally from our New Zealand warehouse. Import processing procedures in the destination country can add several days to delivery and may attract additional costs in some cases.
Import duties and charges vary from country to country and payment of these charges is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note that our baby sleep bags are not available for delivery to New Zealand addresses.
How can I receive my order more quickly?
Orders are sent via international post by air. Delivery times are not guaranteed and are dependent upon customs processing and local delivery standards in the destination country. Please allow 3 weeks from posting date before contacting us about your parcel if it has not been delivered.
On request, we can usually upgrade to a faster delivery option for an additional fee to cover expedited delivery.
How are larger or wholesale orders charged and shipped?
For bulk orders, we will obtain a custom shipping quote and advise the shipping charge prior to dispatch. In most cases this will incur an additional fee, which can be paid via PayPal.
How do I return an item?
Our clothing and baby sleeping bags are made with the greatest of care and quality checked prior to dispatch. We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you need to return or exchange an item then simply contact us and return the unworn goods within 28 days of receipt in the original packaging and in new condition.
Please advise the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange, using the form on the reverse of your packing slip.
Exchange orders are processed on receipt and your replacement item will be dispatched within three days provided it is in stock. If your requested replacement item is out of stock, you will be contacted to discuss an alternative or have the option of receiving a refund.
Items returned for refund will be credited back using the same payment method you used originally and refunds will be processed within five working days.
We are unable to refund P&P or returns postage however we will not charge to post your exchanged item to you. Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
